This is actually really scary... what else are they willing to release?

And here's an artical pointing out that it's not so annonomous after all. :o

Yep, I laughed when I saw that.  Who could've possibly thought that was a good idea to release?

AOL :P

I've always hated AOL. >:(

Jason

I used them for years for dialup in the early 90's, but when broadband became available, it was hasta la vista.

I used to use Earthlink. I really liked them the most out of all the one's I tried, however, still till this day I have never used AOL. I've always been too scared. :P

Now I use Comcast, with no fancy programs installed, I love my "always on" connection that broadband provides. :D

Here's a neat fun fact:

http://www.webpronews.com/topnews/topnews/wpn-60-20060814AOLSnakesInAUserplane.html

QuoteThe instant message technology used on sites like MySpace and IGN now belongs to AOL. Userplane provides IM and chat technology for more than 100,000 websites on a variety of business models.

Mark

Yep, I heard of that, I don't use IGN as of 4 years or so ago so I actually didn't even know they had a messenger service. And as for MySpace messanger, I only know a handful of people that use MySpace and I talk to them all through Trillian Pro.
