yahoo slurp being blocked?

trying to submit my url to yahoo slurp and authentication is failing.  i have verified the html file is in the root but getting below message each time i retry.

am i able to just add the meta tag to my site if the root of my site is smf forum?  if so can somebody please explain where to enter the information please?

Try:

Make sure the file is installed.
Fetch the file from your browser.
Check the content of the file using "View Source" on your browser.
It should look like:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML//EN">
            <HTML>
            <!-- 68657e0d667908ec -->
            <HEAD>
            <TITLE>
            </TITLE>
            </HEAD>
            <BODY>
            </BODY>
            </HTML>If the file looks OK, ask your website hosting service if they are blocking Yahoo! Slurp.

Before you go to the trouble of putting it into your forum code, can you email me or open a ticket so I can take a look?  Based on the error, it seems like you should only need to have that file uploaded where they know where to find it.
