June 15, 2004 :: Website client area, billing, ticket system upgraded

Due to an upgrade of the Charlottezweb system tonight, you will need to reset your passwords for your client areas before you can login to the client area to view invoices, submit trouble tickets, change your contact info, etc.  This was part of a security upgrade done to the site. 

This is NOT your cpanel password.  That was not affected.  Only the password to the "Client Area" login of the Charlottezweb site.
