Best Blog software?

I search for the best blog software to install in my account. Any suggestions?

I myself like MovableType and WordPress. MovableType is VERY powerful if you need a lot of features and functions. However, if not or you are familiar with PHP then WordPress would probably be best for you.

WordPress is by far what I see the most installations of -- not that that means it's the best but it's definitely the most popular I've seen.
