Password problems

OK I just purchased some space on here and I am trying to log into my cpanel with the information that was sent in the email.

However, whenever I use the log in details, it thinks they are wrong.  Same applies for when I try and FTP

Any ideas to why this happens?

Resolved.  I'm sending you an email and new login credentials now.  The problem had to do with a reserved username that it was trying to create for you but could not.
