CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer Trial Version

Hey! I'm using the CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer Trial Version. The Trial Version's pretty cool, but how do I upload it to my Webhosting?

It has a built in ftp program according to their page:

I haven't used that software before but usually their software is pretty intuitive.

(From what I've read on there, it sounds like there's an upload icon in the program that gets you to where you can enter your ftp connection settings).
