March 7, 2004 :: New Status Site

Greetings,

Charlottezweb is pleased to announce that a status site is nearing completion.  Once completed, this site will offer an off-network location where hosting clients can view current server status information.

What this means to you is that in the event of an outtage, you will be able to go to this site (which is hosted on the other side of the country in case there is some sort of network or datacenter outtage) and see the status of your server.  It will also provide email addresses for contacting support in these cases.

We aren't anticipating any server problems as things have been, and continue to function extremely well, however, we want to be prepared for any situation that could arise.

This is one of the steps we are taking to provide a higher level of support to our clients -- We appreciate your business!

This thread will be updated with a url and more information upon the site's release.  An email will also be sent to all clients.
