I had request of support yesterday, #135.

I had some problems attach some file on SMF forum. http://www.music4j.net/smf/

Anyone can help? I was using other host, than transfer the forum to Charlottezweb.

Hi,

I replied yesterday to your ticket.  I noticed that in the ticket system, there is no username name connected to your ticket so maybe you didn't get the reply.  Can you view my response there?

How did you submit that ticket?  (Through the client login of Charlottezweb?)

At any rate, here is what I wrote back in your ticket:

Hi, php limits uploads to 2mb on our servers. If you need to upload files larger than that, you will need to implement your own php.ini file to allow you to control php settings for your account.

Always feel free to email me directly.  I hate the present ticketing system -- it's often buggy.  It will be replaced when I redesign the site later this year.
