Jason

There are two maintenance windows planned at roughly the same time at our datacenter.  You may see some latency during this time.

1.
QuoteMaintenance Notification:
Facility: Atlanta
Time: 2:00am EST on Thursday, April 1st.
Window duration: 1 hours
Anticipated impact: 10 minutes

Description:
Metro Ethernet Hardware power upgrade

Impacted services:
Upstream connections through Mzima, Telia, PCCWBTN
Customer connections at Telx, 56 Marietta St.

Details of Action:
A short outage will occur on the above upstream connections in conjunction with a power upgrade. Individual customer connections will also be affected by a short outage during this period. This will not affect other upstream providers.

This maintenance should not cause noticeable downtime on the gold or silver networks, but some minor routing issues may be noticed as routes reconverge.

Both windows seem centered on PCCWBTN so I've inquired about the discrepancy.  If I learn anything interesting, I'll update it here.

Otherwise, I'm hopeful for no visible impact to service.
