February 22, 2005 :: cPanel themes, autoinstaller and fantastico updates

Here's a copy of an email mailed to all clients tonight:

-----------------------
Dear {{first_name}},

I hope this email finds you well.  I wanted to alert everyone that starting last night, I began upgrading the cpanel themes on all servers as well as Fantastico and the CPskins autoinstaller.

Here is a list of all scripts in the latest release of Fantastico:
http://www.netenberg.com/fantastico_scripts.php

Here is a list of all scripts in the latest release of CPSkins Autoinstaller:
http://cpskins.com/autoinstall.php

We are running the latest versions of both scripts as of tonight.  This is a value-added service I like to offer because it allows users who aren't as famililiar with doing their own installs the ability to install many of today's most popular scripts with only the click of a few buttons.

The Trix, CPSkins and Simskins themes have also been updated.  For those of you who are looking for something different than what you're used to, give them a shot.  There is a "themechanger" icon in your cpanel which will let you change between them.  However, you can only change between Trix, CPSkins and Simskins on your own.  If you choose a different one you will be stuck and have to contact me if you wish to switch back.  Please see this thread for more information on switching themes:  http://www.charlottezweb.com/forums/index.php?topic=39.0

Almost everyone has been changed to the Trix theme as default for now.  For clients who had custom storage allotments or transfer rates, please contact me if you notice your specs are off.  They were reset as a part of the updating.

I hope everyone is well and enjoys the updates.  I'd also like to formally welcome all of the new clients we now have as a result of an arangement with Lewis Media.  I encourage all interested clients to signup on the forums for updates and to post and get answers to any web-related questions you may have:

Best wishes,
Jason Saunders
