Problems with CP and sending e-mail

I can't access my CP, and every time I try and send an e-mail I get a message that looks like this
QuoteYour message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:   RE: Letter
      Sent:   24 Mar 07 22:18

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      '[deleted for privacy]' on 24 Mar 07 22:18
            503 No recipient(s).

The rest of the site seems to be working.

You probably can't get into cPanel because I changed all passwords on Thunder last week per this thread:

I sent out an email notice so if you didn't get it, let me know so we can figure out what address I should be using for you.

That error you're getting is related to authentication.  Go into your account settings for that mailbox in your mail client and select the option that your smtp server requires authentication.  That should resolve it.

cPanel made some changes to the way email is handled and I've had a handful of people (myself included) that have had to do that in the past few weeks.
