May 7-8, 2016 :: Thundersnow server migration (including Charlottezweb)

We are replacing server "Thundersnow" over the weekend of May 6-8, 2016 via a migration to a new server:  "Vortex."

Charlottezweb.com is hosted on this server and will be impacted by this migration.

I'm targeting a window of 4pm-6pm Eastern (New York) time on Saturday, May 7 to do the migration of Charlottezweb.com.

What does this mean?
During this time, you may see our forum and the Client Area in a "locked down" maintenance mode.  This is to prevent the loss of data during transfer.

I will update this thread once the move is complete.

In the event you have any support issues during this timeframe, feel free to email support@charlottezweb.com directly.  Email will not be impacted during this migration.
