We completed some MySQL maintenance two nights ago per this thread (http://www.charlottezweb.com/forums/index.php?topic=1471.0).
Since then, we've had a conflict that occurs during our daily cPanel backups. Because of this, the server has needed a reboot both nights.
I've scheduled maintenance to expand a temporary files partition that we believe is the cause of the backup failure that's leading to the server crashes.
To do this, we'll need to stop MySQL again tonight (around 11pm EST) for roughly 15 - 30 minutes. I'm hoping this takes a good bit less than 30 minutes but it may take the full time. After the maintenance is performed, I'll have someone monitoring the server live overnight in the event this doesn't solve the issue.
I will send an email notice of this thread to Jetstream customers within the next half hour.
Thanks,
Jason
