We're facing an issue that we've encountered a couple times in the past. The NAS (network storage) space we use for our off-server backups is hung on a number of servers. Because of this, when you try to login to cPanel on one of these servers, it will clock and eventually timeout while it tries to determine quotas.
I'm working with the datacenter now. A possible solution is to reboot but I'd really like to avoid rebooting multiple boxes if it can be avoided. I'll see what they say. If that's the only option, that's what we'll do late tonight.
