Please be aware that we will NEVER email you an attachment without discussing it first.  This should be a web "rule of thumb" but never open attachments that you're not expecting. 

There have been a lot of spoofed emails with the following formats in the past few weeks:

You have successfully updated the password of your Charlottezweb account.

If you did not authorize this change or if you need assistance with your account, please contact Charlottezweb customer service at: webmaster@charlottezweb.com

These are NOT from us nor would I send anything like it.  There are derivations but that's the main way they appear.  Please be advised to delete these as soon as you spot them.
