Title: cPanel upgrade -- All servers -- April 22, 2012
Post by: Jason on April 21, 2012, 04:23:46 PM
We will be upgrading cPanel on all servers on Sunday evening - April 22, 2012.  We will start around 8pm EST.

Servers may run a bit slower temporarily while this occurs but the only disruption that may happen relates to logging into cPanel itself.  This new version has a new login screen so there may be a brief period while this part of the upgrade occurs that you may be unable to login to cPanel.

If you have any questions or issues after the upgrade, please post them here, open a ticket or email me.

Thanks!

Update -- we likely will be holding off on the upgrades.  cPanel announced a small bug they are hoping to have resolved in the next day or two.

No, there are a lot of updates.  You can view them in the release notes although most of them are administration features and back-end functions that you wouldn't see in your cPanel.
