For everyone's awareness, we upgraded our Billing/Support ("Client Area") on Sunday to the latest version. This wasn't a simple update but rather was a step up to their new version number with numerous new features, changes, etc.
This means that I'm "starting over" when it comes to customizing it to Charlottezweb so you may find that many pages are ugly or have text that don't exactly apply to you.
I'm working on this now though it may take me a bit to re-customize it all.
Meanwhile, it does offer some AWESOME new features which I think you'll enjoy as you start exploring your new Client Area.
I'll post more later but wanted to let you know that it's a bit of a work in progress.
