We've added a LiveChat feature tonight that should display on most pages of the site. (I've not added it to the forum, by design). It should show up throughout the Client Area as well as on the main site.
It will not replace our ticketing system or email as the main paths of support but I'm going to try this as a way to interact directly, when possible.
Please let me know what you think, both positive and negative.
