Thunder has restarted at least httpd twice now in the past 20 minutes.
We're looking into this now. I will update this thread with news as I get it.

Jason
I will have a post on this shortly. The issue was brought under control within about 30 minutes. More info to come...
For those interested, we had the following outages of httpd on Thunder this afternoon:
01/24/2006 at 15:26:22pm EST for 00:09:47 mins
01/24/2006 at 15:15:50pm EST for 00:04:55 mins
01/24/2006 at 15:04:59pm EST for 00:04:52 mins
The server was never down but loads were high due to some script exploits that pointed to a few sites. Email and other services were not effected (though I've had reports that imap apparently wasn't working properly for at least one account, maybe more). The combined time over the three outages was just under 20 minutes.
I will be contacting users who's sites showed up in our logs individually regarding this, but I will be making a larger "all-client" email within the next few days to go over a lot of this.
Security has been put in place which should prevent this from reoccurring, however, I will email about the importance of keeping ALL of your scripts up to date and secure. Make sure that you stay on top of all new updates and security patches. All it takes is one exploit to endanger everyone in some situations.
Even though we are quickly informed (both manually and automatically) when these problems start, simple preventative measures can save all of us a lot of headaches. :)

Jason
