The ded1.charlottezweb.com server will be rebooted within the next 30 minutes (roughly between 3-3:30pm EST). This will result in a 2-5 minute downtime of all services, including email and http.
This is a necessary reboot that needs to be done immediately rather than scheduled for later this evening.
A piece of software was automatically upgraded yesterday that has known issues with another existing piece of software. The conflict between these programs is causing high server loads which is causing unneeded stress on the server. The upgraded software has been reverted to the previous version and this reboot is required for that to take effect.

The reboot was completed successfully and the software fix has repaired the server loads.
