A client suggested that offering a "search engine submission" tool as a value-added bonus would be really helpful and I'm going to see what I can find. In the meantime, while we're on the subject, here's a few helpful links I dug out of my favorites that I've used/consulted in the past.

Similar to the one in cpanel that will submit your site to search engines all in one swoop. If you're not going to manually sign up at each one, this isn't a bad alternative, though don't expect any overnight results. It could take months if you aren't paying them to add you for anything to show up. I know that from experience. However, vs. the one in cpanel, this site is much more current and complete. It has a free submission to 14 SE's option and a paid one that goes to over 1,500.
