Hi Jason,

I can't access any of the two cpanels but yet all sites are working...I tried four times to log in without success.

Thanks

Please let me know what server you're referring to or open a Support Ticket with the sites so I can check.

Does it normally work from where you are?  Otherwise, you may be behind a firewall that blocks the port cPanel uses.

Hi Jason,

I know almost for sure one is blizzard. I am going to try one more time if its still the same I will then open a ticket. I am the same as I always am so it should have worked fine, nothing has changed.

I was in last night not a problem to look at stats. I have been in even with Zone Alarm and the new AVG free so it can't be that either. Going to try again then one or the other will happen.

Thanks Jason!

I'll take a look at your ticket, thanks.

Blizzard is launching cpanel fine for me.  I just tested it to confirm.

Cheers

Hi Jason and Finner,

From whatever time late around 6-8pm GMT there was a problem because its fine this morning. Whatever it was affected  both of my cpanels accounts. I was still trying up to 10pm without success.

Like I said, nothing was different on the machine from evening before but somewhere down the line  there was an almighty blip somewhere yesterday tea-time.

I just also tried my other cpanel and its as fast as lightening..strange..

There's a post about a reboot we did last night for Blizzard.  It occurred at approx 9:30pm:

It's possible the process hang was impacting cPanel.  I didn't try to login to your cPanel to test but I was able to launch the popup sign-in window fine.  So it's possible it was timing out after authentication and the reboot fixed it.

Hi Jason,

Seems just fine now. I could launch the popup and get it to load halfway but then I knew it was'nt going to go the whole hog...strange it never went 404 which should logically happen after so long.

Anyway all was well yesterday. Thanks for the link addy.
