Any Mac Mail users?

I have someone having issues setting up a POP account in the Mac Mail program.  Anyone using that here that had to do anything "non-standard" to get it working?  Ie did you have to change the ports it defaults to, etc?

Which version of OSX? I've used it on 10.5 and 10.6 (which have different Mail versions from each other as well as other OSX releases). Both worked without a hitch. (well, in the beginning 10.5 has some problems but they were patched long ago).

Thanks Mark.  I'll ask him and follow up here if he hasn't been able to get it sorted yet.

I walked him through the standard settings and it seemed to clock for a long time with connection issues.  Possibly could've been propagation related.
