I discovered that our server Tempest has been incorrectly calculating account quotas.  It was not including mysql database storage towards a hosting account's overall quota which is incorrect.  In effect, customers on Tempest have been getting extra storage via mysql that should have been counted all along.

This has been corrected but when the quotas run next, we're likely to see accounts in some cases that are over their quotas because they were missing literally hundreds (or more) megabytes of database storage.  In the event your quotas are exceeded, inbound email may be rejected and you will see issues with uploads or any scripts that allow uploads, etc.

Please open a ticket or email if you face this issue and need help clearing out space or upgrading your quota if necessary.

Update:  I have disabled this setting for now so that I can provide advanced notice of this change rather than cause problems for people right before the weekend.  I will look to enable this setting in approx three weeks (June 2, 2010)  to give advanced notice.   I will send out an email to customers on this box in the next 5 - 10 minutes.  Thank you

Thank you,
Jason

Reminder, this is scheduled for tomorrow evening.

Thanks

Jason

I'm going to reschedule this for next Wednesday, June 2nd due to some more pressing priorities.  I'll send another reminder to all customers on this server later this weekend.

Thanks
