On the night of Friday, July 15, there is a 2 hour maintenance window starting at 11pm EST.  You may see some issues reaching our servers (Avalanche excluded) or slowness while the maintenance is being done and shortly after as the network re-stabilizes.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Facility: Atlanta
Time: 23:00 EST on Friday July 15th.

Anticipated impact: Routing instability, 15 minutes

Description:
Core Hardware Maintenance

Impacted services:
Atlanta Gold traffic through Internap and some traffic through PCCW/BTN, Telia, and nLayer.
Atlanta Silver traffic through Telia and Cogent.

Details of Maintenance:
Maintenance will be performed on some of our core hardware on Friday, July 15th, requiring a restart of this hardware.  This will impact traffic passing through several providers on the Gold network, causing traffic to reroute through other upstream connections.  It will also impact traffic pasing through Telia and Cogent on the silver network, causing rerouting on this network as well.  Other upstream providers on both Gold and Silver will not be impacted.  Some disruption may be experienced during this maintenance as rerouting takes effect.
