Sorry for the delay -- I haven't forgotten about you! 

I've been waiting on a solid response from the developer.  So far he says it's in their next set of updates so I've asked for a more specific time frame.

On a side note, in addition to the advertised "Autoinstaller" in your cpanel, we also now have Fantastico installed which is an upgrade on the new server we recently moved to.  However, I haven't yet configured the linking internal to the cpanel themes we're running to enable the links to work.  I have this on my "to-do" list hopefully within the next few days.  Mambo 4.5.1 should be included in the version we will have access to there.  I'll make a post here once fantastico is properly accessible and I can confirm the version number.
