I've received 2 reports this evening of issues reaching the server.  It's working fine from my end but I was able to confirm and pass along some tracert results showing at least one of the drops.

I'll update this thread when I hear back from the datacenter.

In the meantime, I've been told it's working properly now for at least one of the individuals impacted earlier.

Alertra is showing connectivity issues from its Orlando monitoring station but the rest of their's are reporting no issues.

Regards,
Jason

If anyone is still having issues, can they post or email me a tracert?

I've been told it's resolved (and Alertra has reported no further lapses in any of its locations).

I'm still waiting to hear the cause, if known.

Thanks,
Jason

Appears to have been a cpu overload in the datacenter that caused BGP issues.

What is BGP?

If I get anything more specific, I'll keep you posted.

"The problem was related to high CPU usage on one of our routers. The router never actually went offline - instead, it was causing degraded performance inside the network. This is why you did not see any issues but some of your customers did."
