What happens when I run out of bandwidth?

Hi all, I seem to be using about 170 megs of bandwidth (traffic) per day on average and a solid month of this will see my account run close to its allowed maximum bandwidth of 6 gig.

What happens if my site reaches this 6 gig limit before the end of a month?  Is the traffic throttled or ?

(My apologies if this topic has been covered elsewhere, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything relevant)

cPanel will suspend your account (until the next calendar month) when you cross your allowed quota.  You will get emailed notices (assuming you have your contact addresses setup when you first login to cPanel) when you start getting close so you have advanced notice.

You can purchase one-time bandwidth upgrades or permanently upgrade in advance of passing the quota if needed.
