Please help me with this problem.

In a way, am not saying which way a messed my forum up real bad and I have backup of it and stuff and wanted to know how I can use that to restore my forum via the Data Base [Am sure thats where you do it]

You'd basically copy the backed up forum files over the ones that became messed up.  Then in cPanel you could go into phpMyAdmin and clear out the existing tables in the specific database you want to restore.  Then you can upload/restore the old database backup from there too.

I was able to restore the data base but it still had errors,
