This is a notice of planned datacenter network maintenance between 12/30/2010 @ 11pm EST to 12/31/2010 @ 1am EST  (2 hours).

This has the potential to impact all servers with the exception of Avalanche.  Normally these proceed smoothly but depending on the route taken between you (geographically) and the servers, there is the potential for slowness or outage as the routes are rebuilt.

Facility: Atlanta
Time: 11:00pm EST on Thursday, December 30th.
Window duration: 2 hours
Anticipated impact: Network routing changes

Description:
Upstream connection maintenance

Details of Action:
Maintenance will be performed on Atlanta upstream connections on Thursday, December 30th.  Upstream connections to Mzima will be removed from the Silver and Gold network at this time, and routing optimization will be restarted on the Gold network.  Downtime is not anticipated, but some sub-optimal routing may be experienced as traffic is shifted between providers.
