We're currently investigating high loads on our server Blizzard.  We should have this isolated shortly.

This stabilized for awhile and then reoccurred.  We think the problem has been determined but are now awaiting a reboot as it became unresponsive while we were working on it.

The reboot has completed.  We're resuming investigation.
