Fri, Sept 8, 2006 :: Thunder service restarts

Thunder has had a series of three service restarts over the past two hours.  From my initial observation, a single account is responsible for the issue and it's been temporarily suspended while I have the cause tracked down.

Loads have returned to normal at this point.

I will update this thread with anything new I learn.

Not on Thunder, but if you're asking about your server (Cyclone), yes.

There were a few restarts yesterday on Thunder around 1pm EST but nothing today.  The account has been suspended until the client follows up to fix a compromised Joomla install.

Oh indeed.  Believe me, when you get a page every time the smallest outage happens, you get used to hating the sound of it!
