June 16, 2004 :: Apache restart to update apache/php

I had an apache/php update done on the server this afternoon.  The first update to the latest stable release caused cpanel login issues, so we upgraded again to the most recent release.  In total, this resulted in two separate outtages of httpd only (email, ftp, etc were still up) for less than 5 minutes each.  This was a necessary fix to protect the server and didn't require a reboot so we did it immediately instead of alerting you first.
