Two separate windows:

February 1, 2008:
At midnight the datacenter will be turning up a new carrier (Level3) for its Gold Network.  This will cause some erratic behavior as the routes come in - that will probably last for about an hour as Route Science rebuilds its pool.

February 2, 2008:
From the dc:  "Maintenance will be performed at 12:00am EST on Saturday, 2/2/08 for approximately 1 hour on power circuits that may affect upstream connectivity. No downtime is anticipated, but this should be considered a precautionary window."

This was completed last night and adds a new carrier into the network.
