Every time I've emailed out announcements to all clients, I've done so via our billing system.  This isn't ideal so I need to move us to a more efficient system.

My IDEAL option is to use this forum to have people post questions/info so that all can see.  At the same time, if you sign up here, I can provide you access to the client's only area as well as email you directly from here for announcements.

The alternative is for me to setup a listserv that I email us all from.

Please vote or express your opinions.  I've stressed via the past emails that I will not be using that method much longer as our client base expands and it's really getting to where we need to implement a better solution.

  Well, I've been slack in keeping things current lately so it was overdue.
