Just before we lost the sites (none came back) I asked you to drop me a package down.

I have not used it only once since the sites broke but you sent me the wrong invoice. You sent me the $15 when it should be $4.95. No space being used at the moment except an index with a small amount of text and an image.

No files, no folders/directories.

Please reissue a new invoice for $4.95.

As I recall, your other host who controlled your domains caused this by redirecting your nameservers -- did they not undo that for your other domain names?  I know your main site was working because we chatted about it throughout ticket #454707 when this all happened.

I'll be happy to downgrade it of course but it's currently on the Premium package because from our last emails, you wanted to downgrade but I advised that your account was using more space that the lowest package level offers.  I believe I was waiting on an update that it was cleared out?  From looking at it just now, you're still over the Special package quota level.  I'll be happy to check it this evening -- maybe there's a backup file we used to do your restore or something like that using space that we can delete. 

I can still downgrade it now and adjust the invoice no problem if you tell me to go ahead but you won't be able to use some functionality (or upload anything new) until it's below the quota level for storage.  Do you want me to proceed with that or wait until I can tell you what's using your space?

No images except one for that index.html are there Jason, or directories.

What there is -- is the files from that stray wordpress, how those files ended up there is a mystery.

No problem.  The account has been downgraded and the invoices adjusted accordingly.

You can delete those files via ftp now or if you want me to do it, I can later today however please email me or open a ticket with *exactly* what files and/or folders you want removed so there are no mistakes.  Thanks!
