April 12, 2012 :: Jetstream mysql issues

Jetstream was rebooted about 15 minutes ago due to some mysql issues that started around 1:10am EST.

The reboot is complete but mysql continues to face issues.

I hope to have an update on this shortly.

The server came up after the reboot and static pages were loading however mysql was not working.  An issue with the state of the /home drive was found.

We're doing another reboot with a forced file system check (fsck) right now.  This may take some time to complete.

All services are up after the fsck.

We are monitoring now.
