June 27, 2005 :: Low level DOS

We're are monitoring a low level event (possible DOS attack) affecting Thunder right now.  Loads have been lowered after an earlier rise and DOS rules are in place.  Things should return to normal though you may notice some latency right now.

FYI...It was discovered that a client script was accidentally looping requests which eventually added up to a high amount of requests on that site.  The issue was resolved last night.
