Unable to Access Tempest, Odd Issue

I've got a strange issue for you Jason. :D

Last night I was working on my website and checking e-mail and suddenly lost connection to Tempest in that I could not access my website or this website (I think I remember you saying that Charlottezweb.com was on Tempest). But I can access Charlottezwebhelp.com and any other websites just fine. And it pretty much stays that way until I restart my modem. Then all is fine. But, what makes it strange is that this has happened both at my office and at home on different days even. And both won't work till I restart the modem. Both are different service providers too, at home I have a Comcast Cable connection and at work it's a Qwest DSL connection.

Also should note, in thinking that it was my laptop I tried different computers and they all produced the same result.

Unfortunately at the time, I didn't think to get a traceroute.

Can you send me a tracert now so I can see what carriers you're coming in on?

Tempest hasn't had any restarts in quite awhile so I'd have to assume the network first.

It's quite possible the different ISP's would still utilize the same backbones to get to the dc.

Ok, I'll run one now here at work and PM it to you. Keep in mind, I am able to access my website at the moment.

That's fine, I was curious what route your traffic is taking in case we can find any mention of possible problems on it yesterday.
