There is some sort of network activity going on as of about 8-10 minutes ago.  Monsoon was reported unreachable but then was reported reachable again.

Tsunami just briefly wasn't reachable as well.

I spoke to the datacenter and they are investigating it now.  Their site is also unreachable to me.

Jason

To clarify, Monsoon and Tsunami are not being reported as down by Alertra however I can't get sites on them to load for me so they are still impacted.

The same is true for the datacenter.  I can't get to most parts of their sites.

They are working on this now.

Ok, as of just now, it's looking good for me.

I'll continue to monitor but I'm able to reach their sites and ones on Monsoon and Tsunami now.

I'll see what I can find out from them as well.

Pam

Looks like we're back in business Jason.   Thanks!

Jason

Here's the cause from the datacenter president:

Quote
"Today at 6:20 pm EST GMT-5 core a router on the gold network died. I do not konw why yet but we maintain cold spares for every piece of equipment and will replace the gear. The network team is working on it at this moment and I am sure it will be back up shortly.

During this time you may experience sub optimal routing while we are missing some of our upstreams and router capacity."
