We're looking into an issue with cPanel clocking when users try to login.   This has been reported for at least Hurricane, Tsunami, and Monsoon and is likely impacting others.

I'm fairly certain I know the cause and we're working on it now.

This should be addressed on Hurricane, Tsunami and Monsoon.  (Please let me know if not).

We're checking the rest of the servers now.  I believe Supercell (and possibly others) are also impacted and should be resolved shortly.

Thanks

Jason

cPanel on all servers should be accessible again.  Let me know if you experience anything differently.

The cause was what I suspected (related to our backup network storage partition).  If it has issues where it can't be accessed, cPanel hangs up upon login when it tries to calculate quotas.

Thanks

Jason

We're seeing sustained high loads on Tempest and Blizzard since this issue earlier today.  Due to a number of hung processes, I'll be scheduling a reboot of these two servers for later tonight.

I've started a discussion on that here:  http://www.charlottezweb.com/forums/index.php?topic=1458.0

I've updated that thread.  The reboots won't be necessary now.  Thanks
