November 1st, 8th and 15th, 2014 :: Scheduled datacenter network upgrades

No impact is expected but for awareness:

I wanted to post 3 scheduled network maintenance windows that may impact the following servers for a period on the mornings of November 1, 8 and 15. 

    Landslide
    Thunderbolt

The maintenance window is scheduled to occur between 2am and 6am Eastern (New York timezone).

Normally disruptions during this type of maintenance are rare but depending on the route a person's connection takes to reach the server, it's possible they could see some slowdowns or potential interruptions during this time frame and immediately following until routing stabilizes.

We have scheduled several maintenance windows to provide updates for routers in US Central Zone B to take place over a period of three separate nights, outside of peak hours. The dates we have scheduled will be November 1st, 8th, and 15th, and this work will take place between 2AM and 6AM (EDT) each night. Once completed, this update will increase redundancy and capacity on our network, improving overall performance. Please note, no effort is required on your part, though we are contacting you in advance of this to ensure that you have time to prepare for brief periods, during the times listed above, in which you may witness increased latency or packet loss.
