We've installed a livechat feature that will show up across the site when support is logged in.

It does not show up here on the forum -- It's restricted for the main site or the Client Area.

I'm not installing this as a means to replace our primary support options which are our Client Area Ticketing System or direct email.  However, I'm hoping it ends up being useful for times when I'm online already and can answer quick questions or if I need to find a way to chat about more complex ones.

I've replaced our live chat engine tonight.  I think this new solution will be easier and more efficient for all of us.

If I"m logged in, you'll see it, if not, it won't load.

If anyone is interested in testing a few things with me, please reach out. I'd appreciate it!

Update -- I've replaced our livechat engine with a different solution (tawk.to) which so far is fantastic.  Give it a shot if you see me online and want to say hello!  :)
