Feb 6, 2007: Cyclone and Hurricane account quotas

I ran a script a few minutes ago that updated quotas across these two servers.

If you purchased any additional space and I somehow missed re-allocating it, please shoot me an email and I'll fix you back to where you were.

I think everyone is correct now, but if not, please let me know.
